Q1. How do I get started with EmArt Works?

If you are an individual client who is interested in our works, you
may register with us. As soon as we received your registration
information, we will have someone contact you for your specific
request. Or you can visit our show room and we can start from
there.

If you are a designer, or a purchase agent, we have Designer’s
Program for the business require.

Q2. What is EmArt Works’ process to make a hand-
made silk embroidery art work?

Since we are exclusively promoting the top quality silk embroidery
arts, we approach the work differently from other workshops or
dealers to keep our works’ unmistakable high quality, and
distinguish style.

1st step, we select and finalize the in-house design idea for an
embroidery work;

2nd step, we ask several master embroiders to commission the
work at the same time;

3rd step, we compare the completed works and choose the works
which can best present the design idea, the finest workmanship,
and the most impressive skills and styles.

4th step, we take the final works, make the final adjustments, and
complete with professional framing.

Q3. How to tell the works are hand-made or machine-
made?

Technically, machine embroidery is unable to use silk thread
neither can split the thread to different thickness due to the
limitation of current technology. From this point, it’s easy to tell
that machine-made works are lack of the special shininess from
silk and the fine craftsmanship done by skilled hands.

A very fine hand-made silk embroidery art piece is the perfect
combination of techniques and art.

Q4. How do I know your works are worth the price?

Seeing is believing. Come to see our works in our show room, or
on the trade show.

EmArt stands for Embroidery Art;
EmArt Works stands for the finest decorative silk Embroidery Art
Works.

Q6. Where are you located?

Our show room is located in Richmond Hill, close to Highway 7,
407, and 404. It only takes 20 minutes drive from downtown
Toronto.

Works?

Please refer to Custom Embroidery. Remember, you may always
contact us with your request.

Q8. Do your works come with complete framing?

Yes. Our works always come with complete framing, and are
ready to hang. The reasons are not only for your convenience,
but also for the proper protection of the art. We make sure to use
the museum quality mat board and acid-free backing board with
Canada-made frame to protect our works, and keep it the best
condition for generations.

Q9. Can I order the works with custom framing?

Yes. You can have your very own custom framing.

Q10. How to order Custom Embroidery?

Please email us with the work which you intend to get
embroidered, with the size requirement; or post mail to us. Based
on the work, we will give your a free recommendation and
estimate quotations before you make the decision. The work will
proceed with 25% deposit from you, and the final work is only
exchangeable and nonrefundable.
